Copywriting faux pas

Recently I've been researching some companies in a bid to build up some freelance contracts. I came across one company who displayed a project ever-so-proudly on their homepage that spurred me to write a quick blog post.

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to writing is when the title is mildly related to the content - just to crowbar in a certain phrase. The company I came across took this to a whole new level...

  1. Urgh. And cringe. When people write things like that it's clear they're not really thinking about the words they're using - just 'ooh, Sweden, Stockholm, Stockholm Syndrome... yeah, that'll do' :S

    1. I know, I'm sure if they knew what it meant they wouldn't have said that... or at least, I'd hope not! x
